Should I build modular?

Can our modular home be built to our plans?
Modular homes can be built to almost any plan. Whether you to customize an existing floorplan, design your own house, or work from your blueprints, you will be able to build the house of your dreams.

Are Modular Homes as strong as stick built homes?
Stronger! Because Modular Homes are built with 30% more materials to overcome the stress as they drive down the highway and are lifted by a crane, Modular Homes have to be built stronger than stick-built homes.

Will people be able to tell my house is modular?
No way. Modular homes are made with the same materials as a conventionally built home and meets and/or exceeds local building codes.

Is financing possible to build a modular home?
Yes. Most every modular home project is paid for with conventional bank financing. Financing a modular home is no more difficult than with a conventionally built home.

Are modular homes greener than stick built homes?
Yes. Modular Homes are built greener or friendlier to the environment than stick built homes. They are better insulated, require less energy to heat and cool, use less natural resources and create less waste than stick built homes. Are warranties are available?
Bonded Builders offers a 10 year warranty. The warranty is on the house and foundation and will transfer with ownership if you decide to sell. For more information on their warranty program, read about it here.
